Will custom apps break when the system is updated?
They are built not to. Each app sits separately from the core system, so core updates don't overwrite it.

Items running low on stock and payments that are late, sent each morning so they can be dealt with before the day starts.
Can the admin carry our branding?
Yes. The admin can show your company's name, logo and colours.
